ZEISE HONORED WITH HALL OF FAME INDUCTION
Cougar Baseball Coach Inducted Into New Ulm Baseball Hall of Fame

Cougar Coach Mark Zeise was honored on
June 25th by being inducted into the New Ulm Baseball Hall of Fame.
A weekend long celebration was held in New Ulm with past New Ulm
baseball greats being honored. A dinner and reception was held on
Saturday night with the induction ceremony performed on Sunday.
Zeise played baseball from a young
age and was a varsity standout for many years as center fielder for
the Eagles before attending Gustavus Adolphus College where he also
played baseball.
Coach Zeise became head coach for
Lakeville High School in 1987 and his Panther team was runner-up in
2000 before winning the State Championship in 2005. He was named
Minnesota High School Coach of the Year for 2005, before being named
head coach for the Lakeville South Cougars when Lakeville high
school split into two schools with North and South.
