Bryant's Hall of Fame Introduction (Read during induction)

The Player is Bryant Rogness.  He grew up playing baseball in LBA. He played on Lakeville’s varsity team 1998-2000.  He was captain in 2000 and played in the state championship, finishing second to Brainerd.  Bryant was the consummate player, always playing hard, encouraging teammates, and never, ever giving up.  And his love for the game was always evident by his high-fives to his teammates for every hit, catch, throw or even an error.

Bryant went on to play second base for four yrs at Gustavus.  He was captain in his senior year. That year he was named National Hitter of the Week by the Collegiate Baseball Writers the second week of May. That week he hit .688, with a slugging percentage of 1,000 and 684 on base percentage.

Congratulations Bryant Rogness.
